Eastside Hippie

This car apparently drove down Seneca, heading West, and either tried to get on the Viaduct offramp or missed his turn somehow.  He flipped off the Viaduct offramp and landed upside down, partially on a dumpster and partially on a concrete ledge.  The passenger area of the vehicle was suspended between the two, saving the driver’s life.  This is right outside our offices, and we all heard the loud bang when he landed.  Two co-workers even saw the car falling.  Apparently he’s ok.  Hopefully he had his seatbelt on or he will have nasty head trauma.
